Susquehanna Bank Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 13, 2015 - - - - - has sued - - for purported damages to a leased vehicle that either do not exist or were inflated. Any condition of the car resulted from normal wear and tear for which - - was not liable. - refuses to supply the only evidence that it claims it has/had to show damage - but refuses to provide : actual pictures of the damage. It appears that - is seeking to collect money not owed in a deceptive fashion.
