Review and analysis of over 18 complaints against PayPal
PayPal consumers have reported over 18 official complaints related to Transaction issue. Out of the 18 consumer complaints against PayPal, 11% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 94% were processed in a timely manner. 22% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

PayPal Credit card transaction issue December 4, 2015 - I use PayPal to pay for purchases I make on EBay. My PayPal account is set to default to my linked bank account, and has been set this way for years. PayPal Credit card transaction issue July 5, 2015 - I have a paypal smart connect account. I can view all my transactions online and today i was looking at my account and i was missing - dollars so i called the paypal smary connect customer service to see where was my money. So when i reached a coustomer service rep i asked why i was missing - dollars and he told me i made a purchase on - - for - dollars and i told him from where and he said i dont have information to give u and i told him what do u mean u dont and why i cant see it .. PayPal Credit card transaction issue June 17, 2015 - PayPal credit also known as bill me later failed to follow company procedures per their own terms of use when processing - returned items. The failure to promptly apply the credit back to the paypal credit balance, instead of issuing a credit directly back to the PayPal account & removing the transactions that had promotional deferred interest attached they issued a general credit to my regular paypal account past the promotional expiration date.
