PayPal Credit card department,

Transaction issue Texas

I attempted to make a credit card payment for $150.00, - payments were submitted : - for $140.00, and - for $150.00. I immediately called PayPal to correct the payment and was informed there is no possible way to correct a double payment. I only submitted and authorized - payment for $150.00.
