HSBC North America Holdings Inc. Credit card closing/cancelling account April 19, 2016 - On -/-/2016 contacted HSBC Bank to register Credit Card for online access to pay bills. Was advised they could n't do it and to call a different number. I had them transfer me and was advised that the account had been closed and that I was classified as " deceased ''. They told me I had to go into a branch location with ID to verify identity. I went to the HSBC Branch In -, MD @ - - - -, -, MD -. They took photocopies of my ID 's and said that there was nothing they could do at the present time and had to be worked on in house. They said someone at HSBC made an error... |

HSBC North America Holdings Inc. Credit card closing/cancelling account January 26, 2016 - Six years ago, I opened an HSBC account for my sister in my name. Initially, things started out well, but as expected, this did not last ; and shemissed payments. As a result, this has reflected poorly on me, and I am left to pay the price. I have since made every effort to fix this account. The account has been transferred to another lender ( - - ), whom I have constantly tried to contact to payoff the account but it has been to no avail. I can not get a response from them. Please advise. ... |
