Six years ago, I opened an HSBC account for my sister in my name. Initially, things started out well, but as expected, this did not last ; and shemissed payments. As a result, this has reflected poorly on me, and I am left to pay the price. I have since made every effort to fix this account. The account has been transferred to another lender ( - - ), whom I have constantly tried to contact to payoff the account but it has been to no avail. I can not get a response from them. Please advise.
