All on bank video cameras I have receipts for - out my account for closure. Associated never closed the account and continued to do business on my account until -/-/- without my knowledge. Anything that that would accidently be submitted to that account should have been kicked back and said " account closed ''. I had arranged for loan payments to be made by ACH from my account. For a number of reasons, I closed my account at Associated and in the process I requested that the loan payments be cancelled since they are being made through my new account. For the last SI- months I have been getting notices from the bank that has my car loan that my payments are not being processed because my account has been closed.
