I closed my checking account on -/-/-. All on bank video cameras I have receipts for - out my account for closure. Associated never closed the account and continued to do business on my account until -/-/- without my knowledge. Anything that that would accidently be submitted to that account should have been kicked back and said " account closed ''. I have video of - and Bank manager ( who did n't want to be recorded ) recorded. - said " she closed my account properly. So, I get a phone call from some lady who was never involved. Who told me, Associated cant get my money back, but she will close the account immediately. Why did n't they close my account immediately on -/-/- All I was able to recover was $80.00 of my accidental direct deposit of $540.00 ( which should have been kicked back account closed ) - = $460.00 I should be returned.
