Specialized Loan Servicing LLC Saying they had approved us for a Standard Modification. The interest rate was suppose to be lowered and it 's still the same. The payment only went down about $200.00. I am disappointed about it too because they said that it would be about $600.00. - $700.00. monthly payment. Now it 's -. And after the end of the payments we 'll owe a Balloon payment of $76000.00.
