SLS refuses to give me the proper -/-/- -. They keep insisting because THEY liquidated -/-/- that we should get a - -/-/-. This is against IRS rules which clearly states that as long as an account was paid -/-/- then the - must be for that year. It is clear from the statements provided that the account was settled and paid per agreement in -/-/-. The reason this is so important is because according to the IRS as long as it was settled in -/-/- we do not have tax liability.
