First, once they obtained the loan, I was charged the same amount of money for city taxes as I was for my county taxes causing an additional $ - yearly addition. My loan # - stated in paragraph - " Upon payment in full of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall promptly refund to Borrower any Funds held by Lender. '' It has been sixty days since closing, I have been told over 4 times that the check for my refund has been mailed. Round Point Mortgage Mortgage settlement process and costs November 10, 2015 - I recently refinanced my home mortgage. The payoff exceeded the balance of the note by $2000.00. The loan paid off was serviced by Round Point Mortgage Servicing Corporation. The loan was paid in full on -/-/2015. As of today I have not received the balance of the overpayment nor have i received a date as to when I will receive my funds.
