Wells Fargo & Company Credit card application processing delay December 26, 2016 - to whom it may concern, hello, I opened a credit card account with Wells Fargo Bank back in - 2015. It was a secured one. I provided them with all necessary information ( addresses, phone numbers, immig. status etc ). There was a $25.00 annual fee and they told me my account could be upgraded to an unsecured ( in a period from 6 to 18 months ) if I use the card responsibly and keep a good payment history, which I did. Wells Fargo & Company Credit card application processing delay December 13, 2016 - I have been a good customer with Wells Fargo since -/-/2007. Everytime I need to talk to someone I get put on hold or get disconnected. I have tried to close an account and they have a - - - day process to close account. I make a telephone payment and request the account be closed and they wo n't close account. Today I have spoken to more than - agents spent more than an hour disconnected twice. Wells Fargo should not be in business if they can not look after their customers.... |

A short while after I opened the card, Wachovia introduced a rewards program. Adding it to my account involved a simple change of account setting through my online profile. I WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD AND WOULD MUCH LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY DIRECTLY AND VERIFIED MY IDENTITY, DUE TO AN ALERT ON MY CREDIT.
