I have been a good customer with Wells Fargo since -/-/2007. Everytime I need to talk to someone I get put on hold or get disconnected. I have tried to close an account and they have a - - - day process to close account. I make a telephone payment and request the account be closed and they wo n't close account. Today I have spoken to more than - agents spent more than an hour disconnected twice. Wells Fargo should not be in business if they can not look after their customers.
