I made several attempts to call, spoke with - and - whom kept hanging up on me while asking to speak with a supervisor. They kept saying to submit a request in writing which I had and they saw it in their system. I called back and finally spoke with - the ( supervisor ) whom also stated I needed to submit again in writing my request. I will literally be paying this debt until I am dead. So I paid off the debt $310.00, but they are refusing to remove them from credit reports. When I paid the debt I sent a letter ( below ) with a cashier check and in the memo line of the check I wrote ( CASH ATTACHED CHECK ONLY IF YOU WILL DELETE ACCOUNT FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTS ).
