The issue I was not notified in writing of this debt dated -/-/2013 until I reviewed my credit report and sent notice of dispute to Ad Astra Recovery Serv. I made several attempts to call, spoke with - and - whom kept hanging up on me while asking to speak with a supervisor. They kept saying to submit a request in writing which I had and they saw it in their system. I called back and finally spoke with - the ( supervisor ) whom also stated I needed to submit again in writing my request. I mention to her i did and she kept aying submit in writing and then hung up.
