I asked to have any info sent to me verifying that this was in fact a debt of mine, because I had no knowledge of the debt. NRA said ok, after trying to get me to pay the debt over the phone stating they would send proof after I paid. I refused to pay without proof. They told me I would get proof by mail 5-10 business days. Well its been close to a month and I still have not got anything from them, yet they still report the collection on my credit report. ... |
