My name is - -, last $ of SS : -. I saw that I had - debts on my credit report. It has been over 30 days since I have been trying to get the debts verified. The - debts were from - and they are now with National Recovery Agency. Every time, we reach out to them, they have different information. My credit repair consultant sent them a letter yesterday after being rushed by someone who did not want to help.


We called back again on -/-/2015, another representative stated that the file was still with the compliance department. We just called back and spoke with a representative named - who did not take the time to verify any information or asked any additional question but just told us that you only verify information through fax and rushed us to hang up It is very frustrating that the 3 times that we called that we have received different information and that - would not even take the time to gather appropriate information, even after we clearly explained to her that last time they told us that the file was with compliance and to call back within 2 weeks. It is either that you are not able to verify the debt or your associates are poorly trained. Either way, per the FCTA, you had 10 business days to verify the debts and it has been one month. So, you have 24 hours to verify the debt or send a " pay per delete '' letter ; otherwise, we are submitting a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in regards of your inappropriate care and service to our client. If you are not able to validate debt, please send " Pay Per Delete '' letter to : - - - # - -, RI -Email : --Thank you for your cooperation and your help.
