I have never done business with them, so I have no idea who they are and why they think I owe them money. While doing my research in who they are I 've also learned that their license with the Tennessee Department of Commerce has been expired since -/-/-. They are authorized to collect on any debt without a license. I would like this debt removed from my credit reports immediately please... |
Professional Recovery Management Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt February 3, 2017 - Once I became aware of the accounts with Fox Collection, I sent them a request for validation letter requesting documentation and at this point they have failed to send documentation to support that request. Not only did they fail to send requested information they have violated the FDCPA in which they continue to report an account that has not been validated. They continue to verify this account with the credit bureaus also though they have fail to validate the debt. Both which are violations of the FDCPA. Professional Recovery Management Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 7, 2016 - On - -, 2016 I was notified through credit monitoring that I had a collection in the amount of - on my credit profile from Fox Collection. Prior to seeing this on my report I had no idea of who this company was and why were they on my report. After I looked the company up and contacted them they advised me that I owed them - from a past due medical bill that I was not aware of. After a lengthy conversation I was told that they had the right to put it on my report even with me not being aware of the bill. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections.
