Once I became aware of the accounts with Fox Collection, I sent them a request for validation letter requesting documentation and at this point they have failed to send documentation to support that request. Not only did they fail to send requested information they have violated the FDCPA in which they continue to report an account that has not been validated. They continue to verify this account with the credit bureaus also though they have fail to validate the debt. Both which are violations of the FDCPA. I have been in contact with - - at this company to no avail to try to get this issue resolved prior to filing this complaint however he fails to acknowledge the violation and come to a resolution.
