In -, approximately a week prior to the auto debit date of the loan I submitted a form through the local branch to change the auto-debit account. Unfortunately, Citizens bank incorrectly keyed the account number which resulted in my loan payment being delinquent. For the past three months, I 've been trying to cancel and waiver my escrow service with Citizens One Home Loans. However, before I am able to do so, I must pay Citizens One an escrow waiver fee of approximately $960.00 in order to cancel my escrow service. My complaint has - issues. 1 ) My house was incorrectly appraised in -/-/-. This is obvious by their appraisal in -/-/- and again in -/-/-. My house dropped by - %, but my area dropped by -- %. 2 ) CCO mortgage charged me 6.5 % interest rate but I was told it was drop down after two years. Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account December 14, 2015 - I received a letter in the mail from the bank I chose for my first home loan stating that my monthly mortgage payment would need to be increased because there would n't be a sufficient amount to cover all expenses in the escrow account. It went up almost $200.00 a month. This is after 3 months of payments since we bought the home. Our property tax situation has n't changed so I find it concerning that this happened. Bank with mortgage - Citizen 's one ) lost payment, after finding it -, they are not posting to correct date to account for lost interest. Every time I call they give my run around claiming it is posted correctly to the - date. However there is no such documentation. Even when I check online.
