It was recently brought to my attention that there is a further account opened without my knowledge or authorization and i ask for information regarding the opening of this account and what details where used to verify the applicant because I have not applied for any loan ; education/student loans or financial assistance to return to school since 2009. The medical providers agreed at the time to a lien, to wait until settlement with the insurance company of the person that hit me. They chose not to bill the health insurance I had at the time and the health insurance company would have rejected the claim anyhow since the treatments were accident-related.
