In addition to the disputes currently on record and filed with the FTC pertaining to the identity theft and the opening of accounts using my personal information. It was recently brought to my attention that there is a further account opened without my knowledge or authorization and i ask for information regarding the opening of this account and what details where used to verify the applicant because I have not applied for any loan ; education/student loans or financial assistance to return to school since 2009. Please see the attached affidavit pertaining to the ongoing report.
