I went to College - in 2010 and I withdraw because I was going through medial problems at the time, I received financial aid which was paying for my education, they paid -, once I had withdrawn all the funds had already been released the only thing that was cancelled was $34.00 the rest went to -. Now they are stating I still owe them $200.00 and have put a collection on my credit report and I had already spoken with them and was told it was not a debt so why is now an issue and on my credit report with someone called ATG Credit collection
