Despite my disputing the validity of this balance and submitting substantiating documentation, a record of it has been placed on my credit reports. The company wanted me to pay $200.00 for the repair and I refused. They listed my amount owed as $880.00 ( the entire contract amount ) and reported me to collections. I wanted to clear my credit and therefore made a written agreement to pay this amount in its entirety if all notations were removed from my credit bureaus. PDQ is saying, when I checked the child in, I provided my name and signed a contractual agreement, which is the financial policy, and I am responsible for paying.
