PDQ Services, Inc. Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Georgia

I have been in previous communication with PDQ Services, a debt collector located in -, GA, regarding a balance that the company claims I owe to a medical office, -. Despite my disputing the validity of this balance and submitting substantiating documentation, a record of it has been placed on my credit reports. I visited - on -/-/2014, at which time I was assessed total charges of $1300.00. Credits/adjustments totaling $650.00 ( mostly from medical insurance discounts and benefits ) were issued on -/-/2014, with one additional credit of $3.00 issued on -/-/2014. This left a balance of $660.00 payable to your client, as documented on the statement from - and provided to PDQ. This same balance was transferred to PDQ on -/-/2014, as documented by the same statement. This amount was paid via a mailed check, which cleared my bank on -/-/2014. PDQ claims that a balance is still owed, yet thus far has been unable to validate or even produce any documentation of it. As such, PDQ is in possible violation of the FDCPA. I will attach my billing statement from -, which details all of the actions described above. I will also attach a copy of my - 2014 bank statement from -, which shows a payment of $660.00 to - that cleared the bank on -/-/2014.
