I was continually given the wrong information about what they needed in the way of forms. I have a POA. My husband has -. The Mortgage Broker told me to get letters from the doctors stating my husband had - and could not make financial decisions, which I did. Now we are into 4 months and they tell me they need a specific form signed and filled out by the doctor. They had me give them my original POA and now I have nothing. They are asking for the forms to be signed by the doctor and 2 times they have emailed me the wrong... |

Today, after witnessing - dead air calls, I took over my mother 's phone when someone was on the line - they asked for my deceased father. I told them we were not interested and that my father was deceased. Less than an hour later they AGAIN called my mother 's phone, when I reiterated that my father was deceased the man proceeded to SCREAM at me HOW WOULD WE KNOW THAT?
