Reverse mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Ohio

On or about -/-/2016 I called AAG about a reverse mortgage we went through the steps needed and the-the appraisal. On -/-/- when we received the appraisal, a - - - - Processor we talked to and was told about things on my credit report ( In which I took care of. ) - repair. And we told her about how the appraisal was not correct with the low appraisal. 1.we have - bathrooms that it showed in the pictures he snapped, but he reported only - bathrooms. none of the lower compared homes looked like mine ( mine sits on a lot and a half and have the new walkway from the driveway to the enclosed back sunroom, no walkway was there before. a drive way, sidewalk and new poured front door walk. ) - new sheds.extra large rooms in my home. After I submitted the repair to -,. on the -/-/2016, I heard nothing back from her. I emailed and called and no response.- - The loan office is also difficult to reach.So we contacted - - the complaint person. After he contacted them - would return calls. The again no responses. Last week I called to see


Credit Bureau in which I submitted to the - and nonresponding -..I asked again about the appraisal being taken care of, ad - told me that was - department. No response from her so Friday -/-/- we contacted - - again, and he told us we will here from him by the end of the day. We did not. - called with an attitude mad because we contacted -, He started taking up for - asking us in a smart way She never contacted you back, you never heard back from her? we told him then and before that she never responds. I called back and asked for - manager and a recording we received, and I told her how - was acting an ask for an apology. -/-/2016 Nothing yet. So I called - - ( The people who handle the appraisals ) I spoke to - and was informed that he had not received nor heard anything from - - - about the appraisal not being correct, And they are the ones whos suppose to contact them about this, and he will email - about this concern. So from - When we received and told - about this, it was never taken care of nor sent back for correction.
