Reverse mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker
American Advisors Group Mortgage department,
Reverse mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Florida
At the end of -/-/- I applied for a Reverse Mortgage with AAG. I was continually given the wrong information about what they needed in the way of forms. I have a POA. My husband has -. The Mortgage Broker told me to get letters from the doctors stating my husband had - and could not make financial decisions, which I did. Now we are into 4 months and they tell me they need a specific form signed and filled out by the doctor. They had me give them my original POA and now I have nothing. They are asking for the forms to be signed by the doctor and 2 times they have emailed me the wrong forms in the POA. They asked for my -/-/- and -/-/- tax forms, which I gave them now they tell me they need transcripts from the IRS. It is now going on 4 months since I first talked with a Mortgage Broker. If I had to do this all over again, I would not do it. I ' m just so far in now that I have to complete this or start all over again. This company is supposed to be the best. I doubt that very seriously. You ca n't talk to a supervisor, or anyone who can help you. Boooo -
