Part of the reason I picked this company is because they offered a $500.00 check if your loan did n't close on time. Over the course of a month and half their representatives asked me for information covering every conceivable thing imaginable. I provided college transcripts, signed contracts, explanation letters, tax documents, and mountains of bank statements.
