I applied for a refinance with Elend and they took my credit card number and assured I would not be charged anything until the process was complete. They ordered an appraisal and charged my account before I was approved. They then tell me they may approve the loan in I took cash out. They just wanted to charge me more and make more money. They will not credit my account. They lied about it to get me to give them my account info. They said I ordered the appraisal.
