I do not dispute this debt, however, I have never been sent anything in writing regarding this debt and giving me 30 days to dispute said debt. May 21, 2015 - I have a payment scheduled for the - of each month with a ACH on file, i called the representative - - yesterday ( -/-/15 ) and asked her why has n't the payment came out of my checking account yet. She states that it may take a few days after the due date to come out, she asked if it does n't come out by Friday - then give us a call back.
