I have a payment scheduled for the - of each month with a ACH on file, i called the representative - - yesterday ( -/-/15 ) and asked her why has n't the payment came out of my checking account yet. She states that it may take a few days after the due date to come out, she asked if it does n't come out by Friday - then give us a call back. The representative - - calls me today saying that the payment came back NSF, i asked and asked me if i SPENT THE MONEY. I, then asked her why would i spend the money if i called you yesterday to check on why has n't the money come out of my checking out. i told her she being rude and that i did n't want to speak with her anymore and please put a manager on the phone. - start yelling at me saying that all the managers were
My name is - with -, i do n't have to give you my last name. I hung up on the rep and called back and spoke with a man ( which he refused to give me his name ) but did provide me with - 's last name ( - ). I explained the situation to him and he transfers me back to - and she tells me that the managers are still IN A MEETING '', mind you that neither - of them gave me the MINI MIRANDA OR QUALITY ASSURANCE. I spoke with the operation manager - he was very nonchalant about the situation and really did n't care in my opinion. He to did not verify my identity or give me the MINI MIRANDA OR QUALITY ASSURANCE.
