-/-/-, upon review of my annual credit report I discovered Professional Debt Mediation, Inc. placed me in collections with all - credit bureaus stating that I owed a debt in the amount of $4700.00 to a creditor by the name of - at - -. I explained I did n't owe this money and never received any notifications of this debt and would like validation of the debt. About a week later I received a move out statement, resident ledger, a water bill, a carpet bill and move out sheet listing on each page a different name, it either said - at - - or - -. I explained that I was disputing this debt because I was unaware of these charges and put my request in writing to Professional Debt Mediation and - - at - -. Over the course of one year and a half, I 've been harassed by Professional Debt Mediation several times violating my FCRA rights. I was hang up on multiple times, a representative laugh at me and told me to get an attorney, though they had my phone number they called my brother listed as a reference on my apartment application stating that


of the unprofessional harassing manner in which a Professional Debt Mediation representative by the name - - called her office misrepresented himself like he is an attorney but is not and was very abusive to her staff. I personally contacted - - and told him to stop harassing my attorney and at the time I was about to file a lawsuit against the creditor - - at - - listed on my credit report to stop telling me to pay a debt I did not owe. - - was very nasty and rude to me as well and I had to hang up on him several times because his tone was very harsh and abusive. On -/-/-, I called Professional Debt Mediation and spoke to - - about my account, that it was currently in litigation because I filed a lawsuit against the - at - - to clear my credit and was notified in court by - attorney that there is no such business named The - at - - '' and it is not listed with the Department of the Secretary of State. I explained to - - that I wanted the collection efforts to cease and remove the debt from all three credit bureaus because they are reporting the creditor as - - at - - '' and this company does not exist. Therefore who are they receiving this debt information from because - - states they are not the responsible party reporting this debt and - - at - - never existed? - - told me that it does not matter that the company does not exist I still owed this money. I explained to him once again that I do n't owe this money and stop reporting erroneous information to the credit bureaus because I 've recently been declined a much needed mortgage loan for my family but was declined because - - at - - is showing as a collection account since -/-/- reported by - - - for a company that does not exist. I provided the printout of the Department of Secretary of State stating there is no corporation named - at - - as well as the court documents stating I had an ongoing case regarding this matter. - - refuses to verify this information with - and the - at - - because he wants me to pay this debt and do n't care what documentation I submit. Please help assistance me in this manner because although Professional Debt Mediation will continue to report this erroneous information violating my FCRA rights.
