January 3, 2020 - Over the course of about 2 1/2-3 weeks in -, I received constant repetitive calls from Procollect Collections Agency. I have had to block the number from my phone as a means to stop constant calling due to the interference of these calls in my personal and academic life ( I am a student and was receiving these calls at different periods throughout the day ). October 28, 2016 - I called to try to settled a debt collection with the agency. The first lady name was - -. She was extremely rude and would not let me make a payment.
