I called to try to settled a debt collection with the agency. The first lady name was - -. She was extremely rude and would not let me make a payment. She talked down to me, had an attitude, talked over me while I was asking questions, and she also hung up in my faced. I called a second time and asked to speak to someone else. The - lady was even more rude and had an attitude and also hung up in my face. I ended up calling a total of 7 times and still received horrible service and still did not get to make a payment. They would not give me a new agent to handle my account and basically thought it was funny. I 'm appalled and feel very disrespected because I sincerely was trying to make a payment to get it resolved and they refused to accept the amount I was willing and able to make today and told me that I could not pay anything under $1000.00. It was a horrible and frustrating experience that resulting in me not being helped.
