Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language November 22, 2016 - I originally tried to pay this bill to the hospital - ( orignal owner of my debt ). I had - and was waiting to get a few pay checks to get caught up. I know I owed this money, not trying to get out of that. I received a bill from - and I called in ( being proactive ) and I paid my bill in full. I also asked them to make a note on my account that I attempted to pay the bill to the original debt owner ( hospital - ).
