I originally tried to pay this bill to the hospital - ( orignal owner of my debt ). I had - and was waiting to get a few pay checks to get caught up. I know I owed this money, not trying to get out of that. I received a bill from - and I called in ( being proactive ) and I paid my bill in full. I also asked them to make a note on my account that I attempted to pay the bill to the original debt owner ( hospital - ). The lady handling my case was rude to me and called me goofy for wanting that noted. Then she hung up on me. Rude to me and calling me names when I am paying my bill in full is uncalled for. No wonder these people have bad reputations.
