Webcollex, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action August 23, 2016 - I received a phone call ( on my cell phone ) stating they wanted to serve me with papers and were confirming my address. They acted as if they were a process server. They then called from the same number - - - - and stated they were a debt collect via leaving a message on my voicemail. They told me to call back -. They stated they were with CKS Financial. I believe they use a fake local number so that I would answer their call. I do n't owe them any money and they should n't be calling me.... |
Webcollex, LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls July 9, 2015 - I began to receive calls, in -/-/-, from CKS, from debt collector -. - who threatened to take legal action. From there on, I kept receiving calls from CKS from an automated dialer, which was done without my express or implied consent. I called to complaint and on -/-/- I was finally able to speak to someone in the COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT.
