I received a phone call ( on my cell phone ) stating they wanted to serve me with papers and were confirming my address. They acted as if they were a process server. They then called from the same number - - - - and stated they were a debt collect via leaving a message on my voicemail. They told me to call back -. They stated they were with CKS Financial. I believe they use a fake local number so that I would answer their call. I do n't owe them any money and they should n't be calling me.
