I began to receive calls, in -/-/-, from CKS, from debt collector -. - who threatened to take legal action. From there on, I kept receiving calls from CKS from an automated dialer, which was done without my express or implied consent. I called to complaint and on -/-/- I was finally able to speak to someone in the COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT. I spoke with - -, who told me that they are in compliance with my calls and completely ignored my questions to her when I asked Do you have my express authorization to use an automatic dialer to call me on my cellular phone. '' She told me to file a complaint with the CFPB or speak to an attorney.
