We all know that security problem is resolved based on the Paypal response ( can be able to purchase on - - - ) so now what? 2. PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card advertising and marketing March 19, 2016 - I inadvertently responded to a - " promotion '' online with an attached requirement to open a PayPal Credit account. I have received no services from - and only an ongoing battle with PayPal Credit about the interest charges. Exasperated with both companies, I have reluctantly paid both charges - the initial charge of $170.00 and subsequent interest charges of $26.00. But I am appalled at the fraudulent behavior of these companies and wish to submit this complaint. ... |

Credit card advertising and marketing March 15, 2016 - I was trying to do purchase on ebay and pay through paypal and actually the seller is Paypal ( Paypal digital gift cards ) and all my transactions are declined for straight two days ( -/-/2016 and -/-/2016 ) When I contacted them they said they issue is resolved and when I tried it again it did n't work. Then I called them again and talk to supervisor named - ( ID : - ) and first level support is better then this guy answers. Some of the answers are given by him are hilarious 1. Credit card advertising and marketing January 18, 2016 - PayPal has " simplified '' their PayPal Credit process to the point that it 's very difficult to understand that - is applying for credit. I was assessed a $25.00 late fee on an account that I did n't even know I owned! They cite terms and conditions ... but the real issue is that their process is so frictionless that it 's hard to know it 's there ... .it 's not about T 's & C 's. I have closed my credit account ( and my wife closed hers ), and filed a complaint with them. But it seems to me that the seedy operations for which you have already fined them is continuing. ... |
