PayPal has " simplified '' their PayPal Credit process to the point that it 's very difficult to understand that - is applying for credit. I was assessed a $25.00 late fee on an account that I did n't even know I owned! They cite terms and conditions ... but the real issue is that their process is so frictionless that it 's hard to know it 's there ... .it 's not about T 's & C 's. I have closed my credit account ( and my wife closed hers ), and filed a complaint with them. But it seems to me that the seedy operations for which you have already fined them is continuing.
