I was trying to do purchase on ebay and pay through paypal and actually the seller is Paypal ( Paypal digital gift cards ) and all my transactions are declined for straight two days ( -/-/2016 and -/-/2016 ) When I contacted them they said they issue is resolved and when I tried it again it did n't work. Then I called them again and talk to supervisor named - ( ID : - ) and first level support is better then this guy answers. Some of the answers are given by him are hilarious 1. " If your transaction keeps failing then you should not buy that product ''. - Paypal ca n't dictate me what I can buy or I ca n't buy. 2. When I told him that I wasted lot of time calling you guys multiple times- His reply was " I did n't told you to call Paypal ''. If there is a problem then I need to call Paypal that 's why there is a customer service. He is

He told Paypal ca n't guarantee a transaction I told that is fine but when there is a issue can you at least try to solve it he said " If the system thinks there is a security issue we ca n't do anything about it ''. When I asked when the issue will be resolved whether 1 day, 1 week, 1 month he said he do n't know and issue may not be resolved ever as well. I am not sure how such a guy has been appointed as supervisor and still continuing to do so. If paypal want to sell gift cards @ promotional price to only few customer then they should do targeted advertising. If they advertised in public then they should honor the purchase and should not block people based on the profile using security as shield to protect them.
