I inadvertently responded to a - " promotion '' online with an attached requirement to open a PayPal Credit account. I have received no services from - and only an ongoing battle with PayPal Credit about the interest charges. Exasperated with both companies, I have reluctantly paid both charges - the initial charge of $170.00 and subsequent interest charges of $26.00. But I am appalled at the fraudulent behavior of these companies and wish to submit this complaint.
