CNG Financial Corporation Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay April 11, 2016 - i have a loan from a payday co. i had requested my bank to stop ach payment each mo as i have that debt added to my debt releif program. my bank told me that to stop the deduction from my bank acct i pay a fee so that was done then i also cancelled my atm card as the co had my card number as well. they still debited my acct by submiting a check they generated. my acct is now closed. im a vet my primary income deposited into my acct was from va benifits. i also emailed this co and told them i did not authorize any more deductions but it still was done. ... |

This payday company is great at misleading consumers, I was told that the interest rate was very low and would be able to pay off the loan quickly. When I fell ill I call them to stop taking money out of my account which the told me I had to come in and write a new check for the to hold. I was told that they only do " soft pulls '' that do not effect your credit. I went ahead and applied for payday loans that have been successfully paid in full. I had an incident where my dog suffered trauma and needed emergency care. I applied for financing with the veterinarian for this and was denied due to a failing credit score.
