Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

Check N Go / - Account No : - I would like to make a complaint against -/Check N Go. This payday company is great at misleading consumers, I was told that the interest rate was very low and would be able to pay off the loan quickly. When I fell ill I call them to stop taking money out of my account which the told me I had to come in and write a new check for the to hold. Check N Go continued to Ach my account even when I told them to stop. I had well over $120.00 in NSF fees just because they would not stop the ACH. I had problems paying back my loan because I 'm on such a low income. I contacted you to say I was in financial difficulty and Check N Go told me that I could not defer any payments. I have tried to work with them but the continue to harass me, and damage my credit. The manager who work in the branch - - CA even told me that Check N Go knew it would be hard to pay off their loans that 's why their interest rates are so high, and he does not even work for Check N Go anymore. I would like for Check N Go to stop their unfair business practices, of misleading consumers with their deceiving high interest rates. I do not owe them any money the have over drafted my checking account to the point where I was force to leave my bank.
