Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

I have two issues with Check N Go. First, I called initially to ask about the application process. I was told that they only do " soft pulls '' that do not effect your credit. I went ahead and applied for payday loans that have been successfully paid in full. I had an incident where my dog suffered trauma and needed emergency care. I applied for financing with the veterinarian for this and was denied due to a failing credit score. I was under the impression that previous efforts to raise my credit was working but came to find out that my score had suffered due to the multiple inquiries from the payday loans. I was not approved for financing for my dog and had to turn to Check N Go for funds for my dogs - and care. I now am in a situation where they are requiring payments of $660.00. for 11 months for a total amount of $7200.00 on a loan amount of $2700.00. with an APR 219 %. I feel that I was placed in this position due to the company falsely informing me of their application processes that effected my credit. I had no choice but to request funds and want to pay back the amount that I borrowed but feel that the excessive interest rate is above and beyond what is fair. It is taking a toll on my monthly finances and am finding it extremely stressful and feel that my mental and physical health is beginning to suffer just thinking about the repercussions of not paying back as they are requiring. I feel trapped and that I am falling behind already and I have many more months of this payment ahead of me. Please help. Sincerely, - -
