Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

i have a loan from a payday co. i had requested my bank to stop ach payment each mo as i have that debt added to my debt releif program. my bank told me that to stop the deduction from my bank acct i pay a fee so that was done then i also cancelled my atm card as the co had my card number as well. they still debited my acct by submiting a check they generated. my acct is now closed. im a vet my primary income deposited into my acct was from va benifits. i also emailed this co and told them i did not authorize any more deductions but it still was done.
