The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is a 21st century agency that helps consumer finance markets work by making rules more effective, by consistently and fairly enforcing those rules, and by empowering consumers to take more control over their economic lives.
The CFPB will forward your complaint to ZestFinance and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, ZestFinance has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. ZestFinance is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

I sent it to a consolidation company that did not receive any information from this company. Zest cash sent this to - -. ZestFinance Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying September 17, 2015 - - - called my job. I was not there. They spoke to my supervisor and did not disclose that they were a debt collection company. They then told her that I would be detained for fraud if i did not contact them. She had no idea it was a debt collector because they misrepresented themselves. She thought I had committed something very serious such as a murder due to the way they spoke to her. She was so scared, she called my phone repeatedly to contact me that i may be detained. I left the facility I was working, because I wanted to resolve the issue. I left work and called to finally find out... |
