Payday loan False statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying
ZestFinance Debt collection department,
Payday loan False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying Texas
- - called my job. I was not there. They spoke to my supervisor and did not disclose that they were a debt collection company. They then told her that I would be detained for fraud if i did not contact them. She had no idea it was a debt collector because they misrepresented themselves. She thought I had committed something very serious such as a murder due to the way they spoke to her. She was so scared, she called my phone repeatedly to contact me that i may be detained. I left the facility I was working, because I wanted to resolve the issue. I left work and called to finally find out that this was about a debt. I was so embarrassed that the office thought I had done something terrible.
