Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language October 25, 2016 - Early this morning I was contacted by an agent, who did not identify herself as a collector. I figured it out during the conversation. She was trying to collect a debt that I believe I have already paid. I am In the process of getting my reciepts in order. How ever I have had no payment agreement with this company even though the send me letters stating this. I have paid their clients directly.
